GBA Information for Members
The Subscription Year runs from 1st March to the end of February.
An Invoice for the 2008-2009 subscritions will be issued during January 2008. This Invoice will be payable by a cheque to the Treasurer, by BACS or otherwise through the Banking System.
Any member who has not paid the subscription by the end of April will automatically cease to be a member of the GBA and their Web Site entry on the site will be removed.

Minutes and Agenda for all meetings are regularly placed on the appropriate pages of this site and may be downloaded if you wish.
Any Member is welcome to attend any meeting, Committee or Sub-Committe of the GBA. Non members of such committees will usually be permitted to speak but may not vote. Your input will be valued.
Details of all meetings will be found on the relevent Agenda, which is usually published about 10 days in advance of the meeting. Members who wish to have any matter discussed at a meeting should contact the Secretary as far in advance of the meeting as possible.
