Cosy but spacious stone built cottage with a lovely garden next to a working water mill in an area renowned for walking, cycling, fishing, golf, sailing and wildlife.

Ironmacannie Mill Cottage is a traditional, stone-built Galloway cottage, once the home of the miller and his family. Set in unique surroundings and with a lovely garden, it is ideally placed to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful holiday and for enjoying the wide range of things to see and do in south west Scotland. Chris and Jean Mason live nearby in the converted mill and are happy to be of assistance, or answer any questions, if required. Visitors may be interested to see the water-wheel, mill machinery and water-turbine which generates electricity for the Mill

On the ground floor the cottage has Kitchen, Dining Room, Shower Room, Bathroom (with shower over bath), 1 Double Bedroom (Twin) and spacious Sitting Room. Upstairs there are 2 Bedrooms (1 Double, 1 Twin).
